Wendy Skinner is the founder and owner of Hydro Health and Wellness. She leads the day-to-day operations, patient experience, and welcoming culture that clients feel when they walk through the door.

Her healthcare background shaped the way Hydro Health and Wellness serves people: attentive, practical, calm, and personal. Wendy understands that many clients are not only looking for a treatment menu. They are looking for a place where their questions are answered, their comfort matters, and their visit feels unrushed.

As a DAISY Award honoree, Wendy brings a patient-first mindset into the practice. She works closely with Dr. Arthur and the clinical team to keep Hydro Health and Wellness aligned with thoughtful protocols, compassionate service, and a high standard of care.

Dr. Benjamin Arthur is the co-owner and medical director of Hydro Health and Wellness. His role helps ensure that the practice is guided by medical oversight, science-backed thinking, and a clear commitment to safety.

Dr. Arthur is a researcher, innovator, and leader in regenerative medicine and precision nutrition. His work spans molecular genetics, regenerative medicine, applied mathematics, personalized wellness, and technology-driven health solutions.

He is also the founder and chairman of INFORMNITY LLC. His broader professional background includes advising more than 15 healthcare technology companies, supporting nutrigenomics research involving more than 17,000 subjects, and helping found multiple biotech and regenerative medicine companies.

At Hydro Health and Wellness, Dr. Arthur’s background in regenerative medicine and precision nutrition directly informs the clinical protocols, safety standards, and personalized approach that guide every client’s care. His belief is straightforward: treatment should start with understanding the person, not just the service being requested.
